Upon completion of his education in 1968, Mr. Jacobs joined the firm of Paul Friedberg & Partners in New York City. In 1972, he joined the firm of Coffey, Levine & Blumberg as a senior landscape architect. Mr. Jacobs reloctaed to Chicago in 1974 to join C.F. Murphy Associates (Murphy/Jahn Associates) and subsequently joined the firm of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. In 1976, Mr. Jacobs founded B. Jacobs & Associates. With the addition of partner Terry Warriner Ryan, they formed Jacobs/Ryan Associates in 1982. |
